PURPOSE:
To organize the BINIBINING LAWAAN 2008! This will be an every 2-year event in Lawaan, Eastern Samar, Philippines

PROCEEDS: Binibining Lawaan Scholarship Fund (BLSF) for poor but very deserving students.
