BLUE Press Release 2

Binibining Lawaan Unified Enthusiasts (BLUE) launches Binibining Lawaan 2008, a brains and beauty competition that will culminate on May 2008 in our hometown of Lawaan, Eastern Samar.

Proceeds in excess of pageant-related costs will be used toward Binibining Lawaan Scholarship Fund (BLSF) for poor but very deserving students. In effect, this project will not only put Lawaan in the map in terms of entertainment, but it will also provide an opportunity for potential donors to support a scholarship program.

Remember, everyone can be a part of BLUE’s undertaking… You can either be a supporter or a donor… There is NO membership required.
